1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using our website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Cosmo Politan IT provides Web Design, Web Development, SEO, and Digital Marketing services. The scope of work will be defined in the project proposal and invoice.
3. Payment Terms
- Advance: 50% advance payment is required to start any project.
- Final Payment: Remaining 50% is due before final delivery and website handover.
- Refunds: Advance payment is non-refundable once work has started.
4. Project Delivery & Revisions
Project timeline will be discussed and agreed before starting. Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged separately. Delays caused by the client will extend the deadline.
5. Ownership & Copyright
After full payment, all website files, designs, and content ownership will be transferred to the client. Cosmo Politan IT retains the right to showcase the project in our portfolio.
6. Limitation of Liability
Cosmo Politan IT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific results like Google ranking or sales.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated date will be posted at the top of this page.
